CEEMDAN-ICA-Based Radar Monitoring of Adjacent Multi-Target Vital Signs

چکیده

In recent years, radar, especially frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) has been extensively used in non-contact vital signs (NCVS) research. However, current research does not work when multiple human targets are close to each other, adjacent lie the same resolution cell. this paper, a novel method based on complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN)–independent component analysis (ICA) was proposed obtain vital-sign information (including respiratory rate and heart rate) of by using single FMCW radar. Firstly, data observed at angle were decomposed CEEMDAN separation algorithm construct virtual multi-angle observations. It can effectively transform undetermined blind source (UBSS) problem into an overdetermined (BSS) problem. Thus, BSS FastICA be reconstruct person’s signal then calculate their rate/heart rate. To validate effectiveness method, experiments measured conducted results show that multi-target even they

Analysis of Vital Signs Monitoring Using an Ir-uwb Radar

Ultra-wide Band (UWB) technology is a new, useful and safe technology in the field of wireless body networks. This paper focuses on the feasibility of estimating vital signs — specifically breathing rate and heartbeat frequency — from the spectrum of recorded waveforms, using an impulse-radio (IR) UWB radar. To this end, an analytical model is developed to perform and interpret the spectral ana...

Application of Ica Technique to Pca Based Radar Target Recognition

In this paper, the ICA (independent component analysis) technique is applied to PCA (principal component analysis) based radar target recognition. The goal is to identify the similarity between the unknown and known targets. The RCS (radar cross section) signals are collected and then processed to serve as the features for target recognition. Initially, the RCS data from targets are collected b...
